Protecting minors

Child safety: no place for abuse.

Our child safety standards: Compatri prohibits the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors, without exception. Here is how to report, and how we act.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Zero tolerance

Compatri maintains a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform, without exception. The minimum age to create an account is 14; we actively protect the minors present on the platform.

What is prohibited

The following are prohibited and lead to immediate account removal, among others:

  • any image, video, or text depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor (CSAM);
  • the solicitation, luring, or grooming of a minor for sexual purposes;
  • sextortion, blackmail, or the non-consensual sharing of intimate images involving a minor;
  • the sexualization of a minor, real or generated, including via artificial intelligence or editing.

Report abuse

Every member, piece of content, and message can be reported directly in the app via the "Report" function. Any report related to child safety is handled as a priority. You can also write to us at signalement@compatri.com: where possible, include the profile or content concerned to speed up our response.

How we act

As soon as abuse is confirmed, we remove the content, suspend and delete the account(s) involved, and preserve the necessary evidence. We report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities and authorized bodies (including NCMEC), and cooperate with law enforcement within the law. We work to prevent offenders from re-registering.

Point of contact

For any question about child safety, or to report abuse that cannot go through the app, write to signalement@compatri.com. This point of contact is dedicated to minor-safety matters and requests from authorities.
