What the programme is not

Frequently asked questions
Am I paid?
No. The programme is voluntary: it gives no right to any pay, commission, credit or financial benefit, now or later. This is written in the charter every ambassador accepts.
What does "honorary founding member" mean?
It is an honorary, symbolic distinction. Compatri was founded by Espero Akpoli; the title is awarded afterwards to thank those who helped the platform grow in its early days. It makes no one a founder, partner or shareholder, and gives no rights.
How is the title obtained?
From 10 active members who came through your link, the title can be proposed to you; the team awards it at its discretion, until December 31, 2027. An active member confirmed their email, joined a community and came back at least a week after signing up.
Do the people I invite know it was me?
Yes, the invitation page shows your first name. They can remove the link in their settings. On your side, you only see numbers.
How much time does it take?
As much as you like. A message in your WhatsApp groups, your QR code shown at a party: no imposed target, no meetings to attend.
Can I stop?
Yes, at any time, in one click from your ambassador space. Your link then stops counting sign-ups.
